My role is to give you both accountability and structure—not just with workouts, but in building life habits that actually stick.
Here’s what working together for a month would look like:
•Clarity session:
We’ll set your goals, talk about barriers, and create a plan that feels doable for your lifestyle.
•Weekly rhythm:
I’ll check in 2–3 times a week (motivation on Mondays, midweek accountability, and a Friday reflection/reset).
•Daily mini support:
You’ll have simple prompts and trackers to keep you focused on both workouts and life habits (things like water intake, journaling, sleep, or meal prep).
•Tools & resources:
I’ll provide a monthly tracker, quick workout ideas, and weekly journal prompts to make the process easier.
•End-of-month review:
We’ll celebrate your wins, review your progress, and adjust for the next month so you keep moving forward.
